We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting role based in Greece. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear and professional guidance on products and services

Requirements
~1 min read- Fluent German or Italian (written and spoken)
- Very good English skills for internal communication and training
- Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
- Interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
