We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit  Italian or Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting role based in Greece.   • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian  or French(written and spoken)
  • Very good English skills for internal communication and training
  • Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
  • Interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach
