Our Client is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized professional to join their Investment Operations team supporting Private Equity transaction execution. The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, on a close-knit team that operates in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.The successful candidate will manage many concurrent deals and workstreams, reprioritize as deal timelines shift, and keep stakeholders informed throughout.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client allocations across the platform for each PE investment transaction
  • Support transaction funding logistics, including capital calls and tracking of recallable/recycled capital
  • Provide hands-on support on complex operational matters including FX, deal syndications, and bridge financing
  • Monitor each deal end-to-end through Power BI reporting, ensuring alignment with internal close protocols
  • Coordinate the Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Treasury teams to keep transactions on track
  • Own the latest deal-process updates and ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the right time
  • Manage information flow into and out of the deal team

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Middle office or other investment fund related role is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in fund-of-fund trading or Private Equity is a plus
  • Familiarity With LP Interest secondaries and co-investments is strongly preferred, not required
  • Demonstrates commitment, accuracy and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned
  • Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment
  • Good analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
