Rocanville Pharmacy is seeking our next enthusiastic team member. We are looking for a pharmacy manager committed to providing exceptional patient care and to lead our successful team. We are a community-minded pharmacy that services the town of Rocanville and surrounding towns and rural areas. The town of Rocanville is a wonderful place to live and work, with many local amenities. We encourage personal development and support all efforts to further knowledge and expertise. We know that a work-life balance is extremely important and therefore our pharmacy is closed all evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We work closely with other health professionals in the community to foster an environment where pharmacists are able to work to their full clinical scope, providing a very rewarding and fulfilling practice environment. Our practice has always been patient centred, family focused and community-minded!

Patient counseling on selection and use of non-prescription medication

Ensuring accurate pharmacotherapy

Compounding prescribed pharmaceutical products

Advising patients and health care professionals on the indications, contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosage of medications

Maintaining medication profiles of customers including registry of poisons and narcotic and controlled drugs

Ensuring proper preparation, packaging, distribution and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs and pharmaceuticals.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution

Licensed and in good standing with The Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals

Strong sense of professionalism

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem solving skills

Superior patient and physician relation skills
