Production Specialist

Position Summary:

The Production Specialist will report to the Production/ QA Manager or designated Manager within the Operations Department. The Production Specialist will assist in providing WMP Product support by creating WMP documentation deliverables for internal customers.

Responsibilities:

● Develop the client’s WMP deliverable documentation

● Actively participates in the development, implementation, and execution of internal processes and procedures to enhance and improve the WMP delivery model

● Assists in standardizing company WMP deliverables and helps facilitate the appropriate resources necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.

● Assists in managing regional team expectations regarding Production/ Quality processes, deliverables, timelines, status, and issues.

● Establishes, manages, and maintains project plans with external and internal partners.

● Provide status reports to the Production/ QA Manager for communication to Phigenics management.

● Assist in the development of quality assurance/control processes

● Takes on additional project responsibilities or duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree required.

● Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to effectively present information.

● Must be highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following software products: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

● Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

● 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a science or engineering field.

● Have a proven track record working with key project leaders and/or decision-makers.

● Experience with cloud-based project management software preferred.

Work Environment / Travel

This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be necessary for department meetings.
