Youth Sports Instructor- Community Youth

Ask us how we do it at the Y- it's awesome!   What is needed for this job: Minimum 16 years of age.  Excellent knowledge of instructing in the program area. Ability to perform activities which require sustained concentration and attention.   The responsibilities we will trust you with: Conduct YMCA program instruction in accordance with YMCA program standards. Incorporate character development objectives into the program to reinforce the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Provide a safe environment that allows members and participants to learn YMCA programs and provide an enjoyable YMCA experience. Evaluate program skills, complete progress reports for each session and complete communications for parents. Provide excellent service to members and participants.
