We’re looking for someone who can be the face and voice of modern financial storytelling, someone who is equally comfortable in front of the camera and has a knack for financial research and written & visual storytelling. 

This is not just a content role.
This is not just a scriptwriting role.
This is a video first, creative marketing role.

You will help us explain broking, trading, investing, fintech, capital markets in a way that builds trust and drives growth.

You will be the on screen personality for share.market trading channel & other avenues.

You’ll:

• Host financial education videos specifically around trading in capital markets
• Present product explainers in a simplified manner
  
  
• Create short-form and long-form content as per the marketing demands
• Build repeatable video series which scales and drives growth
• Continuously improve delivery using performance data
  
  

You don’t just “present.”
You hold attention. You build credibility. You simplify complexity.

You’ll:

• Research trading, broking, markets, fintech trends
• Write high-retention scripts with strong hooks especially around trading in capital markets
• Turn complex financial topics into clear simplified stories for user consumption
• Work with product & compliance teams to ensure accuracy. Shape narratives based on platform (YouTube ≠ Instagram)

AI is not optional here. It’s core to the role.

You’ll:

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, Midjourney, etc.
• Build prompt libraries for repeatable formats
• Repurpose long-form into short-form using AI
• Test thumbnails, titles and hooks using AI
• Build automated workflows (N8N, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Identify bottlenecks and design AI solutions
  
  

You are not just a user of AI. You build systems with it.

You:

• Are confident and natural on screen
• Have strong voice control and articulation
• Understand pacing, pauses, hooks for better delivery
• Adapt energy for short-form vs long-form
• Continuously improve using analytics

You understand:

• Money psychology especially around trading & investing in capital markets
• Stockbroking & capital markets
• Regulatory sensitivity & compliance related to stock broking universe
• Broader fintech & financial ecosystem (cards, insurance, etc.)

You can simplify without oversimplifying.

You:

• Use LLMs for research & script refinement
• Build reusable AI workflows
• Experiment constantly with new tools
• Think automation-first

You understand:

• What makes someone stop scrolling
• Why certain hooks work
• Platform nuance
• Cultural timing
• Retention signals

You create content that feels native — not forced.

• →Own video content from idea/featuring to iterations as per audience wants/needs
• →Maintain high presentation standards
• →Write and refine scripts
• →Track performance and improve output
• →Build scalable content systems using AI
  
  
• →Train internal teams on AI workflows to help scale content velocity
• →Collaborate with product, design, and marketing for seamless production pipeline

• 3–5 years in content creation or marketing
• Strong on-camera portfolio
• Experience in broking/fintech/consumer tech preferred
• You combine creativity with data thinking
• Demonstrated AI usage in workflows

• Video metrics (subscribers,engagement,retention) improves
• Positive comments on the content around good camera presence, simplified explanations
• Content velocity increases
• AI adoption improves across the team
• Leadership sees measurable marketing impact due to content

• You create content for yourself (not just brands)
• You like financial content & care about how to create wealth in long term
• You create content for yourself
• You’ve trained yourself on AI tools & built workflows on the same
