Overview:
The District Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing 7-10 Jiffy Lube service centers within an assigned district. This role has direct accountability for operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. The District Manager builds strong leadership teams, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and drives sales through exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set clear objectives and performance goals for Store Managers in areas such as:
    • Guest Count
    • Net Sales
    • Guest Satisfaction
    • Sales Mix and Labor targets.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of key operational processes.
  • Maintain a high-performing district culture where people want to work.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and retain Store Managers.
  • Conduct district and store-level meetings and reviews.
  • Ensure that all procedures and policies are followed by all employees
  • Recognize strengths and weaknesses in individual employees
  • Report directly to the Director of Operations

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail or automotive preferred).
  • Prior leadership and operations management experience.
  • Profit & loss accountability and strong business results.
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
