Senior Sage Intacct Construction Consultant
Quick Summary
A Senior Sage Intacct Construction Consultant will participate in and/or lead the operational and financial areas of Sage Intacct Construction projects while continuing to expand their Sage Intacct and consulting skills to drive successful implementations and delight customers.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the Practice Director. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight.

Provide timely client support — resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours.

Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by efficiently managing time and client expectations.

Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the future.

Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes.

Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support.

Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion.

Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed.

Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.

5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support.

Advanced certification in Construction and SCM.

Deep knowledge of the construction industry — its terminology, business operations, and common project structures (general contracting, subcontracting, specialty trades, residential and/or commercial construction).

Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment.

Accounting experience in the construction field.
