Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise, the Enterprise Sales Director leads a team of Account Executives across a defined U.S. territory and is responsible for driving revenue attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and disciplined opportunity execution. This role is the frontline sales leader for coaching, inspection, account planning, and deal strategy, with direct responsibility for helping sellers progress complex enterprise opportunities and execute against regional priorities. The Sales Director also serves as a key decision point in the sales operating rhythm, including approval and escalation workflows tied to active opportunities. Success in this role requires strong enterprise sales leadership, a high-inspection management style, and the ability to develop high-performing sellers in a fast-moving environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives against bookings, pipeline, and growth targets.
- Drive forecast discipline, territory inspection, and opportunity reviews to improve deal quality, execution, and predictability.
- Partner directly with sellers on account planning, Top X prioritization, and opportunity strategy to focus the team on the highest-value accounts and deals.
- Establish a consistent coaching cadence and reinforce strong inspection practices across the team.
- Support complex transactions, including pricing, approvals, and escalation management as the frontline sales leader for your team’s opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Partners, and Deal Support to improve win rates and customer outcomes.
- Hire, onboard, and retain high-performing talent while building a culture of accountability, development, and execution.
- Communicate risks, upside, and execution gaps clearly to regional leadership and help drive action across the business.
- Be willing to travel to support sellers in face to face selling activities, industry conferences, and other corporate events
- Significant experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or cloud sales, including frontline leadership of quota-carrying field sellers.
- A strong track record of leading teams to consistent revenue performance, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive buyers and technical decision-makers.
- Strong coaching and inspection skills, with the ability to improve seller performance through cadence, accountability, and deal strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through cross-functional collaboration and navigate internal approval and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong executive presence, and sound business judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have

- Experience leading teams focused on large enterprise or strategic accounts in the U.S.
- Familiarity with partner-influenced and partner-led enterprise sales motions.
