PingWind is seeking an IT Specialist responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely. This role provides technical assistance to staff, implements IT solutions, and ensures optimal performance of hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Supports Transition-In activities by assisting with the handoff, setup, and validation of technical elements required to support program management and operational workflows.
•    Assists with establishing and configuring internal collaboration environments, including SharePoint sites, document repositories, permissions, and version control structures.
•    Supports setup and configuration of program email accounts, distribution lists, and access controls to enable effective internal and external communications.
•    Assists with implementation and configuration of the helpdesk phone system and ticket tracking system to support user requests and issue tracking during transition.
•    Provides day-to-day technical support during the transition period, troubleshooting access, configuration, and connectivity issues under senior technical guidance.
