This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who has demonstrated strong leadership capability and is looking to further grow and refine their leadership skills within a supportive, well-established primary care environment.

We are seeking someone who is motivated to continue developing their people leadership capability, has an understanding of how general practice operates as a business, and is committed to growing as a clinical leader.

This role is pivotal in supporting our nursing team to work confidently and effectively, strengthening systems and processes, and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.
