MarketingMarketing Manager

At Pipe17, our values aren’t just words on a wall. They’re how we operate every day.

We are a high-performance team built around ownership, urgency, curiosity, and a strong bias for action.

We set bold goals, hold ourselves accountable, and move fast to solve customer problems. Every team member owns their decisions and drives outcomes. No one waits for permission.

We operate with urgency, but not recklessly. We focus on what matters most, take initiative, and course-correct quickly when needed. We value people who speak up, follow through, and take pride in their work.

REMOTE

Pipe17 is the AI-native order operations platform that orchestrates everything after the buy button: orders, inventory, products, and fulfillment, across every channel and partner. Brands go live in 2-4 weeks at a fraction of the cost of a legacy OMS, and our marketing team is small, fast, and hands-on.

We're hiring a Marketing Manager whose foundation is product marketing but whose job is range. This person brings a product-marketing mindset, not necessarily a pure PMM: they understand product, audience, messaging, and channels, and are excited to execute broadly across everything the team ships: demand generation, partner co-marketing, campaigns, content, field and events, and product/solution messaging.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone early in their career who wants to do a bit of everything and grow fast. You'll be the flexible engine that helps the team ship more without dropping quality, and the connective tissue between functions that keeps work moving.

We hire for the things that can't be taught: a genuine product marketing mindset, sharp writing, and an instinct for what a great campaign or event looks like. The mechanics (HubSpot, campaign instrumentation, event logistics) we will teach you

This role is not the sole owner of product marketing (it partners closely with Product Marketing), but a strong instinct for sharp messaging and customer insight should show up in every campaign, asset, and program it touches.

Campaigns and field (~50%). Support demand gen campaigns (email, nurture, webinars, lifecycle) and own logistics and execution for field events, from pre-event promotion through follow-up. You'll start with support and coaching here and grow into ownership.Partner marketing (~25%). Our partner program is growing fast and this role is its marketing engine. Turn co-marketing opportunities into live programs: joint value props, joint webinars, co-branded content, integration launches, and partner enablement kits.Product marketing support (~25%). Partner with our product marketing lead on launches, sales enablement collateral, competitive one-pagers, and customer stories. Keep messaging, positioning, and persona relevance sharp and consistent across everything the team ships.

Responsibilities

~2 min read
  • Think PMM-first. Apply a product-marketing lens to everything: keep messaging, positioning, and customer/persona relevance sharp and consistent across campaigns and assets.
  • Learn demand. Build toward running campaigns end to end. You don't need to have launched campaigns solo before, but you need the appetite and analytical curiosity to learn the full loop from build to launch to reporting. Execute from to end, from email/nurture, webinars, lifecycle, and paid support through build, launch, and reporting.
  • Drive field. Own the logistics and execution of field marketing and events, from pre-event promotion to follow-up.
  • Activate partners. Turn partner co-marketing opportunities into live campaigns: joint webinars, co-branded content, and integration launches.
  • Support launches. Partner with Product Marketing on launches, sales enablement collateral, competitive one-pagers, and customer stories.
  • Connect the team. Be the glue across product marketing, content, demand, and partnerships: translate between teams and unblock the handoffs that stall.Own your numbers. Marketing at Pipe17 is measured on net-new pipeline contribution and closed-won revenue, not activity. You'll learn to track what you ship against pipeline, report on what's working, and iterate quickly.
  • Work AI-natively. Use AI tools daily to draft, research, analyze, and automate. We run our playbooks on AI and expect everyone on the team to as well.
  •
  • 1-3 years in product marketing, marketing generalist, growth, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role (internships count).
  • A product-marketing mindset, but not necessarily a pure PMM: you understand product, audience, messaging, and channels, and you're excited to execute broadly.
  • Excitement about breadth: wants to work across demand, field, partner, and PMM, not specialize in one lane yet.
  • A scrappy, self-directed, ship-it mindset; moves fast with light guidance.
  • Enough analytical comfort to instrument a campaign and read whether it worked.
  • Strong collaboration instincts and low ego.
