We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help us build and evolve the data foundations that power decision-making across Pipedrive.
In this role, you’ll work on designing and maintaining data systems, pipelines, and architecture that enable teams across the company to access reliable, high-quality data. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders, helping translate real-world needs into scalable technical solutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems that support business and product use cases
Drive the evolution of data architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Lead and deliver data initiatives that span multiple systems and teams
Improve data quality, observability, testing, and overall platform performance
Identify gaps in existing systems and implement improvements that increase platform effectiveness
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate needs into practical data solutions
Contribute to technical direction and support planning within the data domain
Share knowledge and support other engineers through mentoring and collaboration
Strong experience building and operating data systems in production environments
Solid SQL skills and a good understanding of data modelling
Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python)
Experience working with distributed data processing tools (e.g. Spark, Flink)
Hands-on experience with modern data tools (e.g. dbt, orchestration frameworks)
Understanding of data architecture, data quality, and observability
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple systems
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and contribute to technical decisions
Deep experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) at scale
Experience with streaming or real-time data systems
Experience driving organisation-wide engineering practices
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
