Bartender with Honjo

We’re now looking for a charismatic Bartender to join Honjo, our dreamy home for contemporary Japanese dining in Sheung Wan.

You will work alongside a supervisor, prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

• →Prepare drinks promptly up to company standards
• →Assist guests with drinks choices, providing knowledgeable recommendations as and when needed 
• →Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service
• →Maintain bar area cleanliness to required standards

• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
