We’re now looking for a dynamic Bartender to join The Optimist, our iconic, Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill on Hennessy Road. You will work alongside a manager, and prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare drinks promptly up to company standards
- →Assist guests with drinks choices, providing knowledgeable recommendations as and when needed
- →Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service
- →Maintain bar area cleanliness to required standards
Requirements
~1 min read- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
- At least 1 years experience
- Sense of responsibility within your role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
- Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
