Description
Pivot Parking is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Maintenance & Event Staff team member to support the daily upkeep of our parking facilities and assist with special event parking operations. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming parking environments while also helping manage traffic flow and parking logistics during events.
Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of trash throughout parking areas, including bulk items when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of parking garages, stairwells, walkways, elevators, and surrounding areas.
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or facility issues to management.
Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist with basic repairs as assigned.
Monitor lighting, signage, gates, and other parking equipment to ensure proper operation.
Assist with lot closures, traffic control, and operational needs as directed by management.
Assist with parking operations during special events.
Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely throughout parking facilities.
Manage parking lot occupancy and help maximize available parking spaces.
Assist with traffic flow before, during, and after events.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests.
Follow event-specific procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers, tenants, and visitors.
Promote a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Previous maintenance, janitorial, facilities, parking, or event experience is a plus.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds independently.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely navigate parking garages, stairwells, and parking facilities.
