Job Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our team and be responsible for setting up and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
The person will be responsible to manage, maintain and support our Play North infrastructure. Moreover, the right candidate will provide support and handle any IT-related issues the employees may encounter.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and support internal IT infrastructure
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees via service desk requests.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and IAM tasks.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Prepare, configure and maintain company Devices.
- Hardware procurement and liaising with suppliers.
- Maintain the IT inventory, asset tracking and internal documentation.
- Monitor devices and enforce compliance with the company’s policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in an IT support role
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Apple / Mac ecosystem
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Understanding of network configuration, such as DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi & VPN
- Positive attitude and enjoy solving challenging problems
- Experience managing identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
Nice to have:
- Industry-recognised foundational IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent diploma/degree).
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA Service Desk
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and inventory tracking.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
