About the Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software solutions
Mentor and support team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
Promote and implement best practices in software engineering across teams
Continuously improve development processes, tools, and techniques
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software packages
Collaborate with principal engineers, staff engineers, architects, and team leads to design effective solutions
Assist with work breakdown, estimation, and planning for epics and projects
Lead projects and epics from planning and design through delivery

7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong full-stack development experience using .NET (C#)
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, preferably React
Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices
Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and best practices
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives
