~1 min readWe are looking for a Student to join our Communications, Brand & Marketing team, starting in August 2026. The position is approximately 15 hours per week.
As a Student, you will become an important part of the team’s daily operations and take on a broad role across communications, branding, and marketing, with a particular focus on supporting Plesner’s research function, library, website, and digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tasks that require attention to detail and a structured approach, is curious about a wide range of disciplines, and is motivated by supporting a team that operates in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities.
You will work closely with the team’s permanent staff members and receive a thorough introduction to your tasks and work processes. The role offers extensive interaction across the organization and provides valuable insight into many aspects of brand and communications work within a professional organisation.

Supporting tasks related to the library, research, and information management

Assisting with the updating and maintenance of content on the website and internal platforms

Contributing to the development of newsletters and website content

Supporting marketing, branding, and communications activities across the team

Handling ad hoc tasks and providing practical support to the team

Contributing to structure, quality, and overview in the team’s daily work
It is important that you are interested in working both with our legal library and with digital platforms, and that you are willing to assist wherever needed. You should thrive in a role where tasks vary from practical and administrative duties to more coordinating and communication-related responsibilities.
We imagine that you are in the early stages of your studies. Your field of study is not decisive, but you have an interest in information management, research, communications, branding, marketing, and potentially events.

We are flexible during exam periods, and during holiday periods we hope that you will be able to step in as a substitute for colleagues in the team when needed.
