Working closely with Social Media teams and internal stakeholders, the Social AdOps Coordinator helps ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in accordance with client requirements and PMG best practices. Through hands-on experience, training, and platform certifications, this role will develop expertise in social advertising operations, campaign management, and emerging technology solutions.

- Collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Complete platform training and certifications to build foundational knowledge of major social advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
- Support the setup, launch, and management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Follow client-specific naming conventions, tracking requirements, and campaign setup guidelines to ensure campaigns are accurately configured.
- Review trafficking requests and confirm all required campaign components are available, including creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and platform details.
- Partner with Social Media teams, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and launch requirements.
- Assist with campaign implementation, scheduling, and asset rotation while communicating launch status and progress updates.
- Perform quality assurance checks prior to launch to verify campaign settings, creative assignments, tracking implementation, and overall readiness.
- Assist with identifying and escalating campaign setup, tracking, or delivery issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize PMG technology, including Alli, to support campaign execution and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements that increase quality, consistency, and team efficiency.
- Stay current on social media platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Explore and adopt AI, automation, and technology solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager is highly preferred.
- Exposure to digital advertising, social media marketing, campaign management, or marketing technology through professional experience, internships, coursework, certifications, or personal projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Interest in digital marketing, advertising operations, AI, and process optimization.
