Role Description:

In this role, you must have a passion for patients, serving others, and leading sales teams to higher levels of proficiency and execution, educating clinicians on the benefits of DFU prevention within the VA health system and the Private Payer Market. This position is a front-line sales leader, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, and carries the P&L for one-half of the country.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct training, coaching, and direction of Remote Temperature Monitoring Specialists and any potential future roles in the region. 50% travel.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports detailing activities/sales volumes/training needs for each territory.
  • Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary.
  • Analyzes regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Ensures the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports corporate goals.
  • Recruits and hires team members, leading to a successful and positive team environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 7 years outside business-to-business, medical, or pharmaceutical sales with a documented track record of success is required.
  • Minimum 5 years as a successful people leader with a documented record of success.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management with product lines in the VA business.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in changing needs and situations.
  • Ability to develop and implement solutions, from strategy to deliverables.
  • Existing VA relationships are highly desired.
  • Proven ability to build a Team and relationships from scratch.
  • Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
