Point C is seeking a Sales Associate to support new business growth across the Northeast region. This role will partner closely with the Northeast Regional Sales Director to execute sales strategy, strengthen broker relationships, and drive pipeline development. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and eager to grow within a consultative sales environment in the healthcare/TPA space.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to regional leadership and opportunities to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the Northeast Regional Sales Director in executing strategies to achieve new business and revenue targets
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with benefit consultants, brokers, producers, and general agents across the region
  • Identify and help cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and broker engagement
  • Partner with the Sales Director on broker meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage prospect submissions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
  • Support the development of regional sales strategies, market insights, and territory planning efforts
  • Provide ongoing updates on pipeline activity, broker engagement, and regional performance
  • Eligible for incentive compensation tied to monthly and annual sales performance aligned with the Northeast Regional Sales Director
  • Reports directly to the Northeast Regional Sales Director, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred
  • Exposure to the health insurance, benefits, or third-party administration (TPA) space is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with interest in developing a consultative sales approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and motivation to grow within a sales career path
  • Travel requirement of approximately 25–50% within the Northeast region

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
