2026 Warsaw Regulatory Reporting Summer Internship

The Regulatory Reporting team provides governance across all regulatory filings and related obligations globally.  The team is responsible for report preparation, generating and coordinating responses for large cross-departmental filings, oversight of technology supporting regulatory filings, identification and implementation automation opportunities, and administering data standards. Regulators include but are not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and Kanto Finance Bureau (KFB).

As an intern on the Regulatory Reporting team, you will gain exposure to:

  • Preparing filing responses for various regulators
  • Addressing compliance inquiries and regulatory data requests
  • Providing support for class action lawsuits and related legal activities

In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:

  • Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals
  • Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
  • Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
  • Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources
  • Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
  • Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Final-year student or bachelor’s degree holder
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to efficiently prioritize, work independently, and make sound decisions
  • Ability to stay organized, pay attention to details, multitask, and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of international financial markets and corporate actions, as well as financial products such as equities, bonds, and derivatives
  • Experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
