What We Offer
~2 min readAs a Senior Product Manager at PointClickCare, you will own and drive the AI product roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management, starting with Billing Advisor, our AI-powered platform that identifies potential billable events for skilled nursing and senior living facilities, and extending to the next generation of AI advisors across pre-billing validation, collections, and claims workflows.
This is not a greenfield role. You are taking ownership of a product that is live with customers and heading into general availability. You will work in a complex, high-stakes domain where your product outputs directly affect whether facilities get paid and whether claims are denied. You need to be equally fluent in AI product behavior and billing workflows.
You contribute to the vision and strategy of your product area, define and own roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery of compelling value to users and customers. To succeed in this role, you combine product management experience in AI or ML-powered products with a working understanding of how AI recommendations translate into real operational outcomes for billing and RCM teams. You bring a collaborative approach to leadership, a track record of shipping AI products to production customers, and the credibility to earn the trust of both engineering teams and clinical-financial end users.
