What We Offer

~1 min read- →Understand lifecycle marketing best practices, strategies, and processes
- →Learn how to execute email & SMS campaigns within multiple different lifecycle platforms
- →Create email & SMS campaign calendars for a variety of clients
- →Write custom email & SMS copy to speak to different groups of contacts
- →Segment campaign audiences based on past customer behavior and demographic data
- →Build out targeted customer journeys based on previous site activity and purchase data
- →Analyze email & SMS performance and report on findings while providing strategic recommendations for the future
- →Optimize the lifecycle user experience based on learnings from performance data and A/B testing results
- →Assist the lifecycle team with ad hoc projects including reporting, execution, copywriting, etc.
- →Participate in end of semester project to demonstrate learnings in a client deliverable format
Requirements

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have a passion for storytelling
- Must be enrolled in a course at a college or university and receiving credit for their participation in this internship program
