Position: Lead Patient Account Associate Department: PFS REFUNDS AND CREDITS Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm / 8-hour shift length Status: Full-time/ 80 Hours Per Pay Facility: Fidelity Health Building EDUCATION Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED Additional requirements: * Type of degree: N/A * Area of study or major: N/A * Preferred educational qualifications: Healthcare or Business Associates Degree preferred. * Position specific testing requirement: N/A LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION · N/A EXPERIENCE Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5 - 7 years of job related experience of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Healthcare billing, collections, or access experience or banking collections experience.
