Occupational Therapist (PRN)

Upper Valley Medical Center Occupational Therapist (PRN) * Inpatient/Acute Care Position is PRN; hours will vary based on coverage needed, including some weekend days. Upper Valley Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, depending on service area. The therapist meets productivity standards and satisfactorily completes and maintains all required documentation. The Occupational Therapist maintains a “Patient First” orientation and meets Upper Valley Medical Center customer service standards. The Occupational Therapist serves as a flexible member of both disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams, including assisting others as needed and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department. Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Licensure: Must possess a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy issued by the State of Ohio.
