IT Infrastructure Engineer

The Premier League IT department are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the Technology Operations team.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has a passion for supporting and delivering IT services.  

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will help support and manage the organisations on-premises and cloud infrastructure, servers, and systems.  The role will also participate in project work across the IT department and wider business.  The role will act as an escalation point for the ServiceDesk and will also engage with the Security and Development teams to support and deliver new solutions.

We have a wide variety of responsibilities. These include organising the competition and its Handbook as well as managing the centralised broadcast and commercial rights. The work we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.
