We are looking for a Patient Retention Representative team member to join us! This is a crucial role for our organization - you will be supporting sales, patient care and retention efforts by connecting with returning patients and assisting with incoming inquiries and requests. The role of the Patient Retention Representative will empower our teams to focus on revenue generation, patient experience, and succeeding on ensuring our patients will be returning in the future.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work to develop and test new strategies to engage with and retain our patients
- →Become an expert in the field of MRI imaging and cancer/disease prevention
- →Check in on our patient’s health through calls/email/text
- →Follow up with patients that have been recommended to come back for another scan through call/email/text
- →Provide exceptional customer service to our patients over the phone and by email
- →Provide general and service information to customers and patients
- →Follow up with patient requests and provide support along the patient journey
- →Use established systems and structures to record and report on patient satisfaction
- →Have a willingness to take on other tasks and projects as they arise
- →Ability to gain an understanding of patients' health journey and their current concerns in order to retain our patients
- Industry experience in customer support, service, and success is an asset
- You’re self-aware and open-minded - functioning with a high level of emotional intelligence and an inclusive approach
- You’re reliable and self-motivated - excited by fast-paced work, and are able to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with patients, coworkers, management, and medical professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Professionalism - personifying as the welcoming face of our clinics and services
- Understanding and exhibiting a high emphasis on patient privacy and confidentiality
- Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task is paramount
