Responsibilities

→Performs full range of leadership responsibilities which include, but is not limited to; interviewing, hiring, coaching, and developing employees; managing performance and any performance issues; planning, assigning, and directing work; encourage innovation, teamwork, fiscal responsibility, high-quality work, and a positive/productive work environment. Front line management and problem solving of staffing gaps, scheduling, and performance concerns.
→Analyzes and recommends changes in department processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiencies in the department. While also implementing solutions to improve department functions.
→Act as liaison for providers, providing professional nursing care under supervision, assists in patient scheduling, triage, prepare and inspect patient charts, greet and room patients and prepare them for examination as needed.
→Supports clinic wide customer service initiatives and serves as a customer service role model. Reviews customer satisfaction data with physicians and staff, and assists in identifying opportunities for change and improvement. Responds to customer complaints in a timely manner according to the Quality Resources Policy.
→Supervise the purchasing of supplies and recommends equipment purchases required for the daily operations of the department within budgeted parameters.
→Plans and coordinates all necessary services with staff and other departments to meet patient needs.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved Nursing program Required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

2 years Experience as a RN in a healthcare setting Required
1-3 years Leadership experience Preferred
