About the Role
~1 min readThe Account Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of Prezzee’s B2B customer base by managing and engaging a large portfolio of existing and prospective accounts. This role combines sales coordination, client engagement, and operational support to deliver a seamless customer experience while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
- Manage and proactively engage a portfolio of existing and prospective B2B customers
- Develop targeted outreach strategies aligned to seasonal demand, key buying periods, and customer needs
- Analyse customer behaviour, engagement trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities
- Identify and action upsell, cross-sell, and account development opportunities across Prezzee’s product offering
- Re-engage dormant customers through structured follow-up and relationship-building activity
- Support day-to-day client enquiries and act as a key contact for account-related support
- Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and product implementation to ensure a smooth experience
- Educate customers on Prezzee’s gifting solutions, platform features, and program options
- Provide administrative support including order processing, reporting, CRM updates, and platform guidance
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Technology teams to support customer success
- Background in Sales or Customer Service is a bonus
- Strong customer engagement and satisfaction across managed accounts.
- Reactivation and growth of previously inactive accounts.
- Identification of upsell opportunities and contribution to pipeline growth.
- Accurate CRM data management and clear reporting.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
This is hybrid role, in office 3 days a week, based in Melbourne CBD.
