Ability to detect, analyze, and solve complex problems end-to-end
Team-oriented mindset with experience mentoring others
Fluent English is a must
Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation, AI, and process optimization
Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, manual dexterity for typing, writing, or using office equipment, visual acuity for reading screens and documents, ability to lift or carry light items such as laptops, and speech and hearing ability for calls, virtual meetings, and in-person communication

Responsibilities

→Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working closely with operational teams from requirements definition to delivery.
→Drive and contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact between business and client’s technical stakeholders.
→Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
→Lead automation initiatives, including RPA solutions with Python and Selenium.
→Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation in business processes.
→Mentor junior team members and help define standards, best practices, and scalable solutions.
