Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ERP software solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Customize and configure ERP applications based on user needs. Develop and implement integration solutions between ERP systems and other business applications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Continuously evaluate and improve existing ERP systems to enhance functionality and performance. Document development processes, coding standards, and technical specifications. Stay up to date with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Development. An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and experience may be considered. Proven experience as an ERP Software Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in ERP development tools and languages (e.g., PL/SQL, C#, .NET). Experience with popular ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Knowledge of database management systems and data integration techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
