Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in dredging, marine construction, waterfront infrastructure, hydropower, port, or heavy civil construction projects; 10+ years preferred. Demonstrated experience in dredging operations, marine earthworks, sediment removal, or water infrastructure projects. Experience with sheet pile cofferdam construction, wharfs, jetties, quay walls, marine access structures, or similar waterfront infrastructure is highly preferred. Familiarity with dredging methodologies, equipment selection, productivity monitoring, and marine construction practices. Knowledge of bathymetric surveys, dredging quantity calculations, sediment management, and marine geotechnical considerations. Understanding of environmental controls and permitting requirements associated with dredging activities. Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, marine equipment operators, and multidisciplinary construction teams. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and construction reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical coordination skills.
