As our Hydro- and Morphology Advisor, you'll play a key role in some of the world's most exciting renewable technology projects. We're passionate about our work and love driving innovation to shape a sustainable future. In this role, you'll help our clients with their cable projects, making sure everything runs safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards.

  • Advise clients in the cable installation sector, with a focus on hydro- and morphology, providing guidance and support throughout their projects.

  • You'll review and assess contractors' work plans, spotting potential issues and suggesting practical solutions.

  • Use your analytical skills and proactive mindset to learn from past projects and come up with innovative ideas for new challenges.

  • Work closely with clients to address their concerns about cable installation safety and ensure best practices are followed.

  • You have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the hydro- and morphology sector. Experience in the offshore cable / pipeline installation sector is considered a plus.

  • Your academic engineering-level education ensures you are the go-to person in your field of expertise; always ahead of the game and constantly on the lookout for more knowledge. A big plus if you love to indulge yourself in sustainability topics.

  • Your communication skills? We value them highly. From making a difference in owner's strategies to negotiations with authorities, you know how to get your point across and communicate openly. And of course, you can also isolate yourself, put on your headphones, and dive into a challenge.

  • Going the extra mile for the team? You’re the first one to raise your hand.

  • When a project takes an unexpected turn, you don't panic. You quickly weigh the options, make a plan and adapt.

  • You are in charge of your own schedule – plan your workday in the way that works best for you.

  • We have your future covered with a private pension contribution

  • You live in commuting distance to one of our offices: Darlington, Copenhagen, Berlin or Rotterdam

  • We share if we do well: we have a bonus system, based on company and personal performance

  • Embrace lifelong learning with our very own Primo Academy and develop yourself a bit more every day.

  • 25 holidays on a full-time basis (and the possibility of buying more if 25 just isn't enough!)

  • Enjoy our special Primo culture! Daily lunch is covered at the office, Thursday afternoon drinks at the terrace, joining our running club (participation not mandatory 😉), or our annual get together with your international colleagues - only this enables the excellent results we achieve.
