We’ve built an iconic online brand and now we’ve bought Princess Polly to IRL… and Bondi Junction is where it’s all happening.

As our 3IC, you are the energy on the floor. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to bring the Polly experience to life.

From leading by example on the shop floor or taking control of the store whilst leadership is out, you’ll help create a space our customers love and our team thrives in, and where everything runs smoothly. Lead from the front creating a high-energy, on-brand customer experience that feels uniquely Princess Polly

Drive results supporting key KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT

Own the floor step up to lead shifts, run the day, and keep the momentum high

Coach in the moment elevate the team through real-time feedback, motivation and support

Keep the store moving support stock flow, replenishment and a seamless shop floor

Execute strong VM ensure the store is always styled, inspiring and trend-led

Support operations opening/closing, cash handling and day-to-day store processes

Build culture creates an inclusive fun team environment that’s high-performing, drives engagement, accountability and results.

An experienced retail team member, ideally in a supervisor or keyholder role

Customer obsessed, with a natural ability to connect and create memorable in-store moments
