About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead our Growth Marketing team's pipeline engine. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for building strategy and owning programs that drives qualified pipeline across our SMB and mid-market segments. You'll have a particular emphasis on content-led campaign production — and you'll bring a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping demand gen and put it to work.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • • Own the demand generation strategy and roadmap across SMB and mid-market segments, with full accountability for pipeline contribution, MQL/SQL targets, and CAC
  • • Coordinate agency and contractor resources
  • • Report pipeline performance and campaign ROI to the VP of Growth Marketing and cross-functional leadership
  • • Define and evolve the demand gen tech stack — including Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, and emerging AI-powered tools 

Content-Led Campaign Production

  • Lead the development and execution of content-focused integrated campaigns — from strategy and brief through asset production, distribution, and performance analysis 
  • Oversee the monthly webinar program targeting center directors and multi-site operators, spanning product education, industry trends, and customer stories 
  • Partner with Brand teams to ensure campaign messaging, creative, and assets are consistently on-brand and persona-appropriate 
  • Drive content syndication, SEO-informed programs, and inbound channel strategy 

Nurture & Automation

  • Oversee multi-touch nurture programs in Pardot and HubSpot, with tailored tracks by persona, lifecycle stage, and product interest
  • Own lead scoring model strategy and database health in partnership with Marketing Ops 
  • Guide audience segmentation and personalization approaches across all automated programs 

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Align closely with Product Marketing on launch campaigns, competitive positioning, and sales enablement assets 
  • Partner with the Sales Development team on lead handoff processes, follow-up SLAs, and feedback loops 
  • Collaborate with RevOps on attribution modeling and closed-loop reporting from lead to revenue 
  • 7+ years' of B2B demand gen experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Proven record building pipeline through content-led programs 
  • Hands-on with Pardot or HubSpot and Salesforce 
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports and interpreting funnel metrics 
  • Excellent project management and written communication skills 
  • Experience in childcare, education, or healthcare verticals 
  • Hands-on with AI-powered marketing tools 
  • Background in GEO/emerging search optimization
  • Experience with product launch or feature-launch marketing 

Requirements

  • This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods

$103,000 - $117,700/year DOE

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
