Proconex is seeking a Systems Engineer with Emerson DeltaV experience to provide day-to-day support for automation systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll work directly with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, support system changes, and help ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

→Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
→Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production
→Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems
→Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
→Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability
→Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource

Requirements

3+ years of Emerson DeltaV experience
Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Nice to Have

DeltaV Batch experience
DeltaV Live experience
Emerson training or certification
Experience with validation, MES, or OSI PI
