As a Business Lending Specialist, you'll help small business owners access the funding they need to achieve their goals. You'll build trusted relationships, understand each customer's unique needs and recommend tailored lending solutions that make a real difference to their business. You'll manage a pipeline of opportunities, guide customers through the funding journey and play a key role in converting opportunities into long-term Prospa customers.

Responsibilities

→Build trusted relationships with small business owners and recommend lending solutions that meet their needs.
→Manage and progress a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, converting qualified leads into new Prospa customers.
→Deliver an exceptional customer experience while confidently handling objections and guiding customers through the sales process.
→Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate records and compliance standards.

Experience in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong customer outcomes.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A resilient, self-motivated approach with a passion for achieving results.
The ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution for their business.
