As a Borusan Berg Pipe Student Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop technical skills in a real-world industrial setting.
For the 2026 summer season, we are seeking an intern to join our Information Technology Department. This is an onsite in person position at our Panama City facility.
This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while allowing you to contribute to our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Audit, diagnose, and document non-production laptops and desktops.
- Update inventory records and properly classify assets for reuse, reassignment, or disposal.
- Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with company asset management standards.
- Inventory and organize IT storage locations.
- Label floor and office IT equipment for improved tracking and accountability.
- Maintain clear and accurate equipment records.
- Coordinate proper disposal of obsolete UPS units in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Support documentation processes to ensure compliance with asset management and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or technical program, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
