P&C Business Partner

• Deliver expert HR advice and coaching to support leaders and resolve complex workplace matters.
• Lead People and Culture initiatives, including change and capability development programs, in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
• Hybrid, Nedlands campus.

• Partner with business areas and provide expert P&C advice to UWA leaders.
• Lead change management initiatives and support the implementation of university wide P&C programs and projects.
• Collaborate with other P&C functional teams and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
• Extensive, HR practitioner experience in a large and or complex organisation.
• Demonstrated experience leading end to end employee case management, including conflict / dispute resolution and performance management.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in a range of relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and experience with HR/payroll management systems).
