- Base salary range: $95,231 – $100,643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
University Hall (Uni Hall) is UWA’s residential college located on the Crawley campus, home to more than 750 students. Ideally situated near the Swan River and Kings Park, Uni Hall is a central part of the University’s student experience. It is known for its diverse and inclusive community, welcoming students from across Western Australia, Australia, and around the world.

The College plays a vital role in promoting student wellbeing, belonging, leadership development, retention, and academic success. It works closely with UWA wellbeing teams, Faculties, Student Living, Admissions, Central student services, Marketing and Communications, and external partners to deliver a coordinated, student-centred residential experience aligned with University priorities.
The Residential Life Team is integral to developing and sustaining a vibrant living-learning community that promotes diversity and inclusion. By fostering and supporting student wellbeing needs, cocurricular programs and maintaining a safe environment, Uni Hall promotes and enhances opportunities for student growth and success.
About the Role
~1 min read- Coordinate and deliver a dynamic program of cocurricular activities that enhances student wellbeing, belonging, leadership and academic success within a vibrant residential community.
- Play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive and supportive living‑learning environment, providing pastoral care and guidance to a diverse cohort of student residents.
- Contribute to building a strong University Hall community by partnering with stakeholders and supporting student engagement, retention and overall experience.

- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience working with young adults in complex or community‑focused environments.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events or programs, with an understanding of student wellbeing and development needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute positively within a team.
- Passion for supporting student success, fostering inclusive communities, and enhancing the overall student experience.
