About Us

Since 2020, the number of employees at Protocase/45Drives has doubled. Behind the scenes supporting this growth is our Human Resources team, focused on selecting the right people and placing them in roles where they can thrive, grow, and find fulfillment.

We believe that when individuals succeed, the company succeeds. As part of our HR team, you’ll contribute directly to this mission while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the HR team while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates for open roles
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone
• Assist with resume screening and candidate tracking
• Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes
• Help maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Assist with HR programs, initiatives, and projects
• Support benefits administration and leave tracking processes
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

• You’re eager to learn and gain real-world HR experience
• You’re currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
