We are looking for a Growth Manager to join the Proton Pass growth team, reporting to the Growth lead. You will support the execution of Pass's growth strategy across both product-led growth (PLG) and marketing, helping drive activation, conversion, and adoption for our password manager consumer and business offering. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build execution experience across the full growth stack, from in-product experimentation to campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Drive growth, acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives for Proton Pass — across marketing and product
- →Design, launch, and analyze in-product experiments (onboarding flows, activation nudges, upgrade prompts) in collaboration with product and engineering
- →Support acquisition (in owned and paid channels) by identifying opportunities, briefing marketing, and tracking performance against growth targets
- →Optimize conversion across landing pages, upgrade pages, and other key funnel touchpoints, working closely with design and content
- →Surface insights and recommendations to drive the business metrics of our organization
- →Conduct competitive research and monitor market trends to inform strategic positioning
- →Collaborate day-to-day with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to execute against the growth roadmap
- 2+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech
- Exposure to both PLG (product/funnel experimentation) and traditional marketing execution (campaigns, content, demand generation)
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and interpreting experiment or campaign results
- Hands-on and detail-oriented; you enjoy executing day-to-day work rather than only setting direction
- Solid project management skills, able to coordinate across product, engineering, design, and marketing stakeholders
- Excellent written English; comfortable producing customer-facing copy as well as internal reporting
