This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established, clinician-led team at Mercy Hospital.

• →Empower Patients & Families: Use proactive education and counseling to give patients the tools and confidence to manage their health effectively outside the hospital.
• →Document Excellence: Capture the patient story with precision and care, maintaining high-quality records that serve as a reliable roadmap for the entire care team.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• →BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• →Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• →Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• →Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education:

• →Master's degree of Nursing required.
