Licensure / Certification / Registration:

→Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
→Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
→BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
→Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:

→Master's degree of Nursing required.

Proven background in a surgical environment (extensive RN experience in surgery is acceptable) to ensure a deep understanding of perioperative risks and protocols
