General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. This role involves various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.

Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Assemble components on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Fabricate parts as needed, following specifications and blueprints.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
• Sandblasting and grinding of metal parts
• Support manufacturing facility activities by maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Operate forklifts when necessary to transport materials within the factory.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
• Valid Drivers license and clean driving history
