• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
• →Complete dispatched service calls within your assigned territory
• →Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• →Provide professional service and communicate directly with customers
• →Accurately document service calls using a company-provided tablet
• →Maintain your company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment
• →Participate in the on-call rotation

• 3+ years of HVAC/R service experience or related industry experience
• EPA Type II certification minimum 
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Driving record that meets company safety standards
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
