Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead daily warranty inspection operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all returned product evaluations
- →Diagnose and categorize product failures using standardized issue codes, while identifying trends and recurring defects
- →Own the integrity and completeness of return documentation, ensuring all items and data are accurately recorded
- →Analyze return data to surface insights, root causes, and opportunities for product and process improvement
- →Create and deliver monthly reporting on return trends, failure modes, and key quality insights to internal stakeholders
- →Partner closely with Customer Care, Quality, Product, and Operations teams to communicate findings and drive corrective actions
- →Establish, refine, and enforce inspection SOPs, workflows, and quality standards
- →Train, mentor, and support inspectors across domestic logistics facilities, acting as a subject matter expert
- →Oversee refurbishment program quality, ensuring repaired products meet Puffco standards before being returned to customers
- →Ensure all outgoing shipments (replacements/refurbished units) are accurately processed, packaged, and tracked
- →Support testing initiatives, validation efforts, and failure analysis investigations as needed
- →Continuously improve inspection processes, tools, and reporting systems
- →Perform other duties as required

- Proven ability to lead, train, and influence others in an operational environment
- Effective communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable insights

Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or quality-related education is a plus
- 3–5+ years of experience in quality inspection, warranty returns, or consumer electronics diagnostics
- Experience working with SOPs, quality standards, and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Familiarity with Puffco products strongly preferred
